Vine Mind Shiraz and Friends 2022

The Vine Mind Shiraz and Friends 2022 is a captivating blend, uniting Shiraz with its esteemed companions Grenache, Mataro, and Malbec. Hailing from the Spring Farm sub-region, the vines span generations, ranging from 5 to 100 years old. Thriving in predominantly red sand atop a clay base, infused with nuances of lime and slate, the vineyard sits proudly at 450 meters elevation.

Crafted with precision, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before undergoing a cool fermentation in concrete vats, guided by selected yeast strains. Following fermentation, the wine matures gracefully in neutral oak for 16 months, allowing its character to flourish.
