Since his retirement in 2016, the domaine has flourished under the stewardship of Caroline Morey, operating across 7 hectares of vineyards in the prestigious villages of Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, and Beaune.
With meticulous care, the domaine balances traditional vineyard practices and a deep reverence for the land. Embracing reasoned cultivation and diligent soil work, Domaine Caroline Morey strives to preserve the vineyards for future generations. The age of their vines varies from 10 to 70 years, showcasing a profound connection to the terroir.
The Art of Winemaking

Vinification takes place in vats for a period of 15 to 25 days, with minimal intervention through punching down and pumping over.
