A Journey from Inspiration to Excellence

The story of In Dreams Wines began with Anthony's unexpected revelation during a casual gathering. Realizing that a bottle of wine remained untouched amidst the beer cans, he embarked on a new career path. Hailing from Wollongong, NSW, Anthony pursued his winemaking studies at Charles Sturt University and kickstarted his journey with Mount Pleasant in 2002. Fuelled by his passion for cool-climate wine, he later ventured to the Yarra Valley, working with renowned producers like Giant Steps, Mac Forbes, and Medhurst. Along the way, he gained invaluable experience through vintages in Burgundy, Piedmont, and Baden.
