- Deliveries are available to Australian addresses only; in Adelaide & surrounds, Brisbane & surrounds, Sydney & surrounds, Melbourne & surrounds, regional Victoria, Mornington Peninsula, and Byron Bay.
- All wine is transported in temperature-controlled vehicles–interstate vans are insulated, and cooled, and local drivers take small runs in air-conditioned passengers vehicles using window shades and thermal blankets.
- The order name must match the person over 18 years old accepting the delivery with valid identification. You must be at the delivery location to sign for and receive the order.
- If no one is at the delivery address, the team will attempt to contact you whilst still on site to see if a reattempt for delivery can be arranged. A $15 charge may be incurred.
- Delivery personal will only ever leave a delivery somewhere safe if they have authority to do so and there is somewhere safe to leave it (out of sight and weather conditions).
- Anonymous Wine Freight assume liability for any damage, destruction or loss directly caused by us during the provision of our freight

Deliveries are collected from Brisbane Tuesday and Thursdays.
- Delivery to Sydney is collect Tuesday for delivery Thursday / collect Thursday for delivery Friday
- Delivery to Adelaide is collect Tuesday or Thursday for delivery the following Thursday/Friday
- Delivery to Melbourne is collect Tuesday and delivery Thursday / collect Thursday for delivery the following Tuesday
- Delivery to Regional Victoria is collect Tuesday for delivery following Wednesday / Thursday / Friday
