Fowles 'Stone Dwellers' Sparkling Pinot Noir NV

Fowles is nestled in the heart of the Strathbogie Ranges, where ancient granite boulders lie remarkably, and the land is rich with stories old and new.

Stone Dwellers is a range of wines grown on select regional vineyards that are made to showcase the best varietal examples from the Strathbogie Ranges each vintage.

This wine was fermented at 15˚C in stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit flavours. Pinot noir, a traditional grape of Champagne is used in this wine, however we employ the methods used to make Prosecco to create a fresher style of sparkling wine that really shows off the bright fruit flavours of this wonderful varietal.
