Here too there is a hint of matchstick character to the apple compote, fennel and lemon zest aromas. There is better volume to the delicious, rich and seductively textured middle-weight flavours that possess an underlying chalkiness that carries over to the lemony finale. Note that this too could be approached on the younger side.
