The 2023 Seven Springs Vineyard Chardonnay continues a tradition of
excellence from one of the Willamette Valley’s most iconic and
historically significant sites. Situated in the heart of the
Eola-Amity Hills, Seven Springs is the vineyard that first brought
international acclaim to Oregon Chardonnay. Since the early 2000s, its
fruit has defined the potential of the region, revealing a distinct
profile shaped by elevation, volcanic soils, and cooling marine winds
from the Van Duzer Corridor.

In the glass, the wine opens with notes of lemon oil, fresh white
peach, and sea spray, followed by delicate hints of chamomile, roasted
almond, and flint. On the palate, it is sleek and composed, with a
fine tension between richness and precision. The texture is polished
