The 2018 Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise Les Clous Aimé is showing nicely, wafting from the glass with aromas of pear, citrus oil, white flowers and beeswax. Medium-bodied, elegant and racy, it's bright and precise, with a delicate core of fruit and a nicely defined finish.
