Grower Notes: 2024 was the seventh vintage of Chardonnay from Black Springs, our first full year looking after the vineyard. It was a beautiful growing season with mild to warm temperatures. The result is very exciting.
Winemaking Notes: Hand picked, basket pressed, full lees fermentation, aged in oak for 18 months, 10% new oak.
