, Roussanne , Clairette , Bourboulenc At the foot of the Château are the historic vines: Le Clos de Beauvenir and Les Cadettes. Roussanne vines dominate the planted surface of Clos de Beauvenir, complemented by Clairette and Grenache Blanc. The Cadettes cuvée is a blend of the estate’s oldest vines, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
The natural springs that border the estate make Château La Nerthe an exceptional, pure, and elegant white wine characterized by its promise of freshness.
Fish with dill and fennel sauce or veal scallopini.
First nose is exuberant with orchard fruits aromas of pear and yellow peach, immediately followed by citrus lemon.
The creamy palate delivers exotic flavours of pineapple and vanilla. On the finish, this Cuvée marvelously marries elegance of the wines of Château La Nerthe with density of the vintage: the discreet oak touches underline the fine balance between the refreshing citrus and anise roundness.
