Blain-Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet La Boudriotte 1er Cru 2017

Smoke and petrol-tinged aromas offer up notes of white peach, lemon zest and a hint of apricot. There is once again excellent volume to the intense and vibrant medium-weight plus flavours that possess a caressing yet muscular mouth feel, all wrapped in a lingering and balanced finish. This will need to add a bit more depth to merit my rating but the underlying material seems more than sufficient for that to occur.
