ReviewI made the following tasting note in Dec '12: 'The vital statistics for this wine might equally easily have been those of Tasmania or the Rheingau: a pH of 2.93, t/a of 8.2 g/l and its low alcohol (especially low since the palate is dry); it has excellent varietal definition, amplified by selected yeasts and cool fermentation of clear juice, a cross between citrus and tropical fruit held in check by those statistics.' The wine has more than fulfilled its promise, with an extra layer of fruit.
