As it happens this is a vibrant wine, full of life, full of summer. It tastes like berries and earth playing in the sun. It’s a bit jubey, a bit spicy, a bit savoury, and a touch minty. Drink it and you can see the eucalypts in the distance, the soil parched, the green vines, the fruit. Its flavours and its feel just seem to have that kind of real.
