Smooth, intricate, and engaging, our Wild Ferment Chardonnay boasts a captivating flavour profile, thanks to lees stirring and the delicate maturation in seasoned French oak barriques. The elevated cool-climate growing conditions of the Granite Belt give this wine exceptional length and crisp acidity, while the region's granite soil imparts a flinty minerality. Bright fruit notes harmoniously fuse with citrus, and nectarine on the delectable medium-bodied palate, creating a sumptuous and elegant wine. With careful cellaring, this wine will evolve beautifully.
