Description
Unpeated, from the Nikka Miyagikyo distillery, this is made with aromatic yeasts that encourage the development of a delicately light but fruity character. With pear, white peach and seal salt on the palate there is also honey and brioche flavours, a great minerality and a pleasing ginger ferocity on the finish.
