This 2020 Fermoy Cabernet Merlot has a deep crimson colour and is bursting with flavours of blackcurrant, blueberry, and mulberry. The addition of sun-dried tomato, tobacco leaf, and bouquet garni give it a savoury touch.

On the palate, the medium-bodied wine reveals layers of fruit, cooking herbs, dark chocolate, and a delicate hint of oak spice. The light, yet juicy mid-palate is balanced by fine tannins for added structure and length.
