Our Orange vineyard located on the volcanic soils of Mt Canobolas, proves to be the perfect arena for cool climate Pinot Noir. A mix of six Burgundian clones meld together in our 2021 ‘Origins’ Pinot Noir to provide an elegant nose of red fruits and savoury undertones. The palate is awash with dark cherry notes complemented by a swathe of plush tannins on the long, lingering finish. The perfect match for duck or mushroom risotto.
