A beautiful salmon hue with a fine energetic bead and mousse, stunning aromatics of redcurrant, wild strawberries, red apple and raspberry with notes of mushroom broth, fresh pastry, crushed river stone and light creamy notes. Super savoury and pure, gentle tannin texture from the barrel ferment and a long, harmonious finish. Gorgeous drinking.
