Here too the wood is moderate but not dominant as it allows the earthy plum and floral-scented nose to be appreciated. There is a beguiling texture to the saline and detailed medium-weight flavours that offer good length on the balanced finish but not quite the same overall complexity. Even so, this is certainly attractive.
