Domaine Fabien Coche is located in Meursault , Burgundy . Founded in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard, the family estate has 12 hectares of vines spread across Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses and Monthélie. In 2003, a small trading business was established to buy grapes from Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet to expand the range. Today, they produce wines from 28 appellations. Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods for the production of its wines: working the vines, aging, bottling. Preserving the nature of the soil is one of the main concerns at the estate, which has been working according to the principles of organic farming since 2017.
