Tasting Profile

Nose
Highlights notes of dried fruits such as grilled almonds and hazelnuts, but also white flowers as well as subtle notes of lemon oil.
Palate
Reveals a wine of great richness, and fat which develops on aromas of hazelnut. There is a nice structure in the mid-palate with roundness and freshness. Aromas of ripe white fruits mingle with a floral bitterness which then brings complexity and then a mineral tension that makes the end of the mouth salivate.
