Description

Experience the essence of our exceptional "single-vineyard" philosophy, deeply rooted in sustainable viticulture and human craftsmanship, where our cuvées are meticulously nurtured in oak barrels and tanks using indigenous yeasts, culminating in a prolonged maturation on lees under cork and hand-disgorged to perfection. Comprising 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, our wines reveal an enchanting aromatic spectrum with subtle notes of orchard fruits, gingerbread, and acacia honey, enticing your senses with an open and inviting bouquet. On the palate, you'll discover a meticulously crafted wine boasting remarkable length, complemented by a precisely balanced effervescence that exudes a delicate minerality. We take pride in this charming aspect that captivates discerning palates. Pair it with a warm tarte tatin featuring foie gras and apricot for an exquisite culinary synergy that elevates your tasting experience to perfection.

This has a complex nose of grilled apricots, roasted hazelnuts, lemon pie, orange curd, cocoa and cloves. It’s medium-to full-bodied with silky bubbles and a rich, toasty and flavorful palate. Ripe and delicious with lingering cocoa and tangerine notes.

Review

Crafted from 70-year-old vines, this Champagne comes from a single vineyard in the Côte de Sézanne. A touch of maturity gives it toast as well as spice, balancing with the crisp acidity and edge of minerality from the Chardonnay in the blend.
