2015 Greywacke Pinot Noir Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark to black cherries mix with anise, earthy cedar and spicy dried herbs. Rich dark to black cherry fruit fills the well weighted palate with anise, earth, lightly toasted cedar and spice also evident. Sturdy tannins firm up the finish of this robust Pinot. Good power with a medium to long aftertaste. Drink over the next 3-4 years.

2015 Greywacke Chardonnay A seductive combination of lightly toasted brioche, roasted hazelnuts and lemon curd interwoven with the potent fragrance of white-flesh peach and rock melon. An intricate fusion of opulent fruit and nutty, smoky savouriness derived from indigenous fermentations in French oak barriques. A bone dry and highly concentrated wine with distinct flintiness, tight structure and a crisp grapefruit finish.

2015 Greywacke Wild Sauvignon Decadent patisserie aromatics - brioche, homemade apricot jam and lemon curd, layers of nectarine, yellow peach and ripe pineapple – infused with herbal nuances of tarragon and thyme. Fermented entirely with naturally occurring yeast, this is an alternative style of sauvignon blanc that is both intricate and textural with a rich, generous palate.
