Brini Fiano 2025
In the year 2000 John and Marcello established Brini Estate Wines to produce small batches of premium quality wines from the vineyard they grew up on.
Now the vineyard is nurtured by Marcello and his two son Sebastian and Christian. With the passion to produce outstanding fruit and create fantastic wines it is an exciting time to be around Brini Estate Wines.
Fiano has recently evolved into the flagship white variety of the McLaren Vale region. So now it sets such a high standard. Fiano also lends itself to varying styles.
Subtle notes of stonefruit gained by fermentation on lees, rounds out the palate adding just another layer plus a textural component to balance out this fantastic example of an estate-grown Blewitt Springs Fiano.
Rich roasted white meats like pork belly & game poultry. Spicy Asian. Creamy pasta. Shellfish & all seafood. Such a versatile food wine.
An aromatic bomb straight up leaping out of the glass we have strong floral notes of citrus blossom with hints of elderflower.
A complex palate is next. Nashi Pear, candied apple up front. Hints of lemon & lime zest reinforce the wonderful natural acidity of Fiano.
