Attractive aromas of caramelized pear and summer meadows are married to lively citrusy acidity on the medium-bodied palate. Very refreshing and animating finish. Everything fits neatly. A cuvee of 80% auxerrois and 20% pinot blanc. From organically grown grapes. Drink now. Screw cap.
