Moderately intense pinot noir from four different vineyards in the Southern Valleys. Clearly a good vintage with ripe dark cherry/berry, blackberry, dark chocolate, and vanilla flavours supported by a firm backbone of French oak, Stylish, age-worthy wine that is good value at this price 04 OCT 2023

Vibrant bouquet with a core of dark plums and black currant, earthy mineral qualities and kitchen cupboard spices signal oak use. Youthful, fresh, varietal and inviting. A dry wine on the palate with core red fruit flavours of plum and raspberry, black currant, a touch of licorice and smoky barrel. Firm tannins and plenty of acidity present a firm structure with fruit power and a sense of the new complete the palate with a lengthy finish. Best drinking from 2026 through 2032+.
