Our wines have a unique character with balance and structure. They are fruit driven because we believe in our vineyard and we want you to taste the unique flavours in the wines of this particular site. Our range of wines has an obvious house style because they are all made and grown the same way in the same soil.
Our wines honestly represent vintage. Rusden is a “vigneron” in the true sense of the word.
Hand picked, hand pruned old vines. Open fermented, basket pressed and matured on lees in new French oak. Four years in barrel. Four years in bottle. Eight years in the making.
Complex nose of tar, cedar, dried flowers, blackberries and dark chocolate.
The palate is stunning. Rich fruits woven through a web of spice, cocoa, muscatels and cedar. Dense, flavourful, yet elegant and intriguing! Beautiful release.
