The Brand Grand Cru is produced from a granite terroir with areas of integrated limestone – a factor which gives the wine its wonderful minerality – and which is sheltered from the wind and benefits from ideal sun exposure. Grapes are harvested by hand and undergo pneumatic pressing, fermenting.
