With acres of fertile Tuscan land and a dedicated team of growers, makers and artisans, Il Palagio produces a wide range of exceptional goods. From organic wines and cold-pressed, award winning olive oil to estate-made honey, seasonal vegetables and handmade preserves, everything is rooted in the rhythms of the land and crafted with care.

Since the mid-1500s, Il Palagio has produced its own wines. Continuing this tradition, Sting and Trudie have replanted 15 hectares of vineyards using organic methods.
