Our vineyard produces authentic, dry, and elegant Savoy wines, shaped by an exceptional terroir.
Combining the unique flavors of red and black fruits with spicy notes, it is quite complex. It is this complexity, along with its exceptional deep red color with violet highlights, that distinguishes it from other Savoie red wines.
At peak ripeness, we harvest the grapes by hand. This manual process allows for efficient sorting. Only the finest bunches will go to the winery. Once destemmed, they will produce a superior quality wine with a unique character.
Made from the Mondeuse noire grape variety, a typical Savoyard grape variety, Mondeuse de Savoie is an essential red wine of the region.
This Mondeuse pairs particularly well with game (hare, deer, wild boar). It can also accompany Beaufort or Tomme de Savoie cheese.
The complex marriage of raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry, combined with hints of spice, creates unique flavors. The palate is rich with a full attack and smooth tannins. The tasting finishes with a lingering aftertaste.
