A subtle touch of wood sets off very fresh and distinctly earth-dark berry fruit scents that lead to delicious, vibrant and well-detailed middle-weight flavours that are supported by pliant tannins and bright acidity. This should drink well young but reward 5 to 8 years of cellaring as well.
