New release from Timo Mayer and as per usual he's pushing the boundaries and making a Grenache that has serious structure and tannin over outright richness.

Sourced from the black volcanic soils of Kangaroo Ground, the wine is giving bright acidity and firm, grippy tannins lock all that natural fruit weight firmly into place. It’s a beautifully poised, savoury take on the variety that fits into Timo's style of winemaking perfectly.
