From a single block on an eastern-facing slope overlooking the Hentley Farm Cellar Door and Winery, The Beast takes root. This elevated site, defined by shallow soils and shattered limestone, yields small, intensely flavoured berries—concentration forged through struggle.

Meticulously crafted, The Beast is basket pressed and handled with intent. Every step, from vine to bottle, is guided by a commitment to express the distinctive character of this remarkable site.

This big, bold Barossa Shiraz is sourced from a single block high on the hill of the Hentley Farm Estate and sees maturation in French oak, 60% of which is new, for a period of 22 months.
