The organically grown Isolation Ridge vineyard is considered the jewel in the crown for this leading producer of Frankland River.

The Shiraz it produces is a pure, soft style that speaks beautifully of its home. Cool climate Shiraz with all the spice and floral top notes you could possibly ask for.

It's graceful and unforced and with a few years under its belt already in bottle, is really starting to show its true colours.

Review

This will morph into something rather special – it’s too youthful now but already it has the hallmarks of a finely-tuned, expressive Frankland River shiraz. Heady aromatics of florals, dark fruit, licorice, pepper and wood spices with chiselled tannins and clearly defined oak. Some creaminess on the palate adds another layer of complexity.
