Jacques Carillon Puligny-Montrachet 2018

Tank sample reviewed- This is aromatically riper than its 2017 counterpart with a whisper of the exotic to the white and yellow orchard fruit that includes a hint of passion fruit. There is both good volume and richness to the attractively textured flavours that deliver good length though not necessarily excellent complexity. However, the underlying material appears to be present such that it could develop more depth in time.
