Reduction dominates the fruit at present. On the plus side, there is excellent volume to the solidly concentrated medium-weight flavours that possess a lovely mid-palate texture while concluding in a moderately rustic and lightly stony finish where hints of pepper and earth arise. This is very Gevrey in style and character.
