Domaine Michel Bouzereau Meursault Les Charmes Dessus 1er Cru 2015

The 2014 Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes-Dessus was missing the concentration of its peers on the nose with apple blossom and granite aromas. The palate is well balanced with good density in the mouth, although it needs to muster more delineation and mineralité, and more finesse toward the finish. There is something almost conservative about this Meursault—linear and correct—and there is nothing wrong with that.
