50% 2018, 50% 2017; méthode traditionnelle; aged 12 months on lees. Disgorged 23 Nov '20. Luscious black plum, blackberry and black cherry fruit of impressive density and definition is amplified by sweet RS that clashes with firm, astringent tannins. Dark chocolate oak provides balanced support. A young sparkling shiraz for this price, it screams out for longer maturation to soften its tannin hit.
