The Seven Springs Chardonnay comes from a unique section in the south block of our estate vineyard. This high-elevation block has excellent soil drainage and
exposure to the cooling influence of the Van Duzer Corridor. The wine underwent whole cluster pressing before being racked to once-used french barriques and Stockinger puncheons for fermentation. The wine completed 6 months élevage in barrel and 1 month in tank prior to bottling
