pale yellow colour. The nose shows medium intensity with nice white fruit aromas (yellow plums, pears) and some complex mineral influence. With more restraints than discreet, the palate has good intensity and is quite imposing with a serious dry velvety texture. Nice finish, quite salivating and definitely worth keeping, the 2019 Pinot-Blanc is arguably a great success and such a pleasurable wine.
