Luigi Vico Langhe Nebbiolo 'Ne bis in Idem' DOC 2018

Shows some toasty clove spice oak, cherry and red fruits, dried herb and orange peel. Quite a dry-feeling wine, some freshness here, but quite charry too, with sticky not-quite-ripe tannin and a gummy finish. The light 2018 vintage could, maybe, have done with less winemaking overlay, though it may come good with bottle age.
