A balanced blend of seven of the best Premier and Grand Cru villages selected during the 2016 harvest: Mailly-Champagne, Ambonnay, Chouilly, Verzy, Avize, Villers-Marmery and Aÿ. Pinot Noir contributes richness and power, sourced from iconic Grands Crus such as Ambonnay and Aÿ. Chardonnay hails from the Premiers Grands and Crus villages of the Côte des Blancs, delivering richness and elegance.
Seafood like oysters, sashimi, and salmon, as well as dishes like roast poultry and goat cheese. For a more elevated experience, consider pairing it with shellfish, crab, or lobster.
Lovely fresh pastry notes with grilled hazelnut and almonds, fresh butter, and aromas of fruits like apple and quince. When aerated, it evolves towards aromas of bergamot, candied lemon, raspberry, with hints of brioche.
