Description
The grapes are grown at the Sa Tanca estate, 250-300 meters above sea level, in soil with limestone and clay. The Mediterranean climate offers good temperature variation and ventilation. Hand-harvested in the morning, the grapes undergo 10-12 days of maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation in glass-lined cement tanks.
