The 2024 Chardonnay is made with fruit from the Wilyabrup sub-region. There are 3 different clones of Chardonnay on our property being the Gin Gin, Davis and Dijon clones.
Challenging weather conditions during the ripening period were overcome with lots of hard work and attention in the vineyards to ensure pristine fruit. The slow extended ripening period has delivered beautifully balances wines - light fresh white wines with great natural acidity.
Wonderfully fragrant revealing white peach, fig and jasmine with nutty honey nougat and stoney minerality. Aged in French oak for nine months.
