A vintage with huge potential. Summer was cooler than usual with dry conditions through to the end of vintage. The near perfect ripening conditions and mild temperatures produced wines with a degree of elegance. Aromas were lifted, varietal character shone through and wines are structured with fine tannins and acids. Machine harvested in the cool of the night.

After picking, the fruit was pressed off skins and separated to two fermenters. One was fermented dry and the other was reained as juice prior to blending. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months prior to bottling
