Meanwhile, our Malbec, treated with equal reverence, undergoes destemming before being hand-plunged twice daily in small fermenters.

Aged to perfection in French Bordeaux shaped barrels, with just a kiss of new oak (15%), our wine boasts a lusciously juicy fruit palate that promises immediate enjoyment. The blending process, an artistry in itself, culminates in a harmonious marriage of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Malbec, sourced from the esteemed Agincourt block nestled in the picturesque Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia.
