Description

Introducing our Durif 2021, a bold and flavorful wine made from grapes grown in the fertile vineyards of Northern New South Wales. Named after the French botanist François Durif who discovered the grape variety in his 1860s vineyard, this wine is a result of cross-pollination between Peloursin and Syrah (Shiraz) vines. With its deep colour, the wine boasts a rich palate of plum, cherry, and chocolate, complemented by well-balanced oak and tannins. Perfect for young wine lovers, this Durif will continue to develop in the bottle and will pair perfectly with casseroles, stews, and other full-flavoured dishes.
