Review

With a salty, beeswax-like richness up front, there's honey and white spice amidst the lime blossom, grapefruit and passionfruit notes that make up the core fruit flavors. They're backlit by tomato leaf and green-herbal nuances. The palate has lovely depth and a slippery textural component that's lifted by crunchy acidity and a herb-flecked finish.

Nose
On the nose, it offers a bouquet of tropical fruits such as passionfruit, guava, and ripe pineapple, along with subtle hints of freshly cut grass and lemon zest.
Palate
The palate is crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity that balances the intense fruit flavors, leading to a long, lingering finish. This wine is complex, with layers of flavors that evolve as you sip it, making it a perfect accompaniment to seafood, salads, or simply enjoyed on its own.
