Among our most sought-after Rosés, the allure of this offering becomes readily apparent the moment you uncork a bottle. The trilogy of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cinsault at its core bestows their individual personas, seamlessly interwoven to craft a symphony of flavors.

Radiating with a delicate luminosity, this Rosé exudes a profusion of fruit-forward notes, finely orchestrated to achieve a harmonious equilibrium on the palate. Its graceful composition invites effortless indulgence, rendering it a quintessential companion for leisurely sipping.

Why prolong the anticipation? Embrace the invitation this Rosé extends and relish in its enchanting ensemble of flavors.

A genuine local rosé that is perfect for an apéritif but is also ideal served throughout a meal because of its richness and volume on the palate. Pretty rose petal color. An intense nose of summer fruits (blackberry, raspberry, blackcurrant). Fresh and fruity attack. Round mouth, smooth, very elegant. The finish is full-bodied and rich. A truly "apéritif" rosé.

The Trilogies of grapes in question here are Syrah, Grenache Noir and Cinsault all blended in equal amounts to create a a very pale, crisp and dry rose brimming with summer fruits and sunshine.

Tasting Profile

Forward aromas of menthol, bay, lavender and pink flowers dominate the nose of this pretty rosé, with soft notes of orange, melon and underripe peach underneath. The medium-weight palate shows some roundness, though it's lifted by ample acidity and a pithy astringency that graces the finish.
