Bottle 1: Dominique Portet Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2021 - (Yarra Valley, Australia - 97 Points)

Derived from an exclusive location within Upper Yarra, a mere three hundred meters above the valley's expanse, this vineyard benefits from cooler evening temperatures and an extended maturation period. This unique positioning results in exceptional quality.

Bottle 2: Frankland Estate Isolation Ridge Riesling 2022 - (Frankland River, Australia - 96 Points)

This wine was made from 100% Riesling grown in the Isolation Ridge vineyard at Frankland Estate. Riesling vines from two different clones were planted in 1988 on undulating northern and eastern-facing slopes with duplex soils of ironstone gravel over a clay sub-soil. Several trellis systems are used throughout the vineyard, which is situated 256 meters above sea level.

Bottle 3: Giant Steps Rose 2022 - (Yarra Valley, Australia - 96 Points)

Giant Steps is a premium Yarra Valley outfit founded by Phil Sexton and located in the in the township of Healesville. Since appointing Steve Flamsteed as his head winemaker and eventual business partner, Sexton and Flamsteed have developed a reputation for producing some of the region's finest examples of single vineyard wines.

Bottle 5: MMAD Grenache 2021 - (South Australia, Australia - 97 Points)

The old vines of Blewitt Springs are a precious resource and an important part of Australia’s viticultural heritage. In early 2021, MMAD Vineyard was purchased by a quartet made up of winemakers Martin Shaw and Adam Wadewitz, and Masters of Wine Michael Hill Smith and David LeMire. MMAD takes its name from their first initials. The MMAD Vineyard wines aim to reflect the unique terroir of Blewitt Springs and the rare old vines that grow there.

Predominantly Merlot, Cabernet Franc with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot.
